Not 1 star because at least the mechanic was professional. You better know exactly what door to go into and have no questions about the services or costs when you go in or you can expect to be treated like you personally shit in the cashier's cheerios that morning. When I called to make an appointment a few days ago I had basic questions because of coming here a lot and the guy I was used to taking care of me was gone. The employee let out a sigh of irritation so big I could almost see her eyes rolling over the phone. I assumed she was having a bad day and I remained polite. Upon interacting with her in person I got glared at and clearly inconvenienced her by approaching her window which she managed to open for two seconds to order me where I should have gone. I was never rude to her. While the mechanic himself was professional after being treated this way for the first time at this company in the nearly 2 years I have been coming I will be taking all my business somewhere else. The world is too hateful to put up with being talked down to for trying to use your service.
