        I decided to come here after seeing their high rating, but I was wrong. I listed my problems: the reverse sensors do not work, the windshield washer does not work, the coolant is leaking and an extraneous sound is heard when the engine is running and also asked to replace the spark plugs. They called and quoted the price for replacing spark plugs and replacing reverse sensors. I refused to replace the reverse sensors. As a result of the work performed, the spark plugs were replaced and the leak was fixed, but they changed me $194 for diagnosing the reverse sensors, although I initially reported that they were not working and also $97 for diagnosing the engine, although the extraneous noise was not eliminated. Im an adult, I have an engineering education and Im extremely outraged by this attitude to customers.
