Carfix European Auto Repair

Stopped myself from sending this review for a long time. This company held on to my car for months and after being told different things every time I called I finally said enough is enough and ask for a deadline. They agreed on a date when it would be compelted. I finally picked it up and they had not corrected the issue I brought the car in for and I received the car back with a fried battery. Couldn't even get back home, had to call a friend to get me a new battery. Im posting this review in hopes that future customers see this. The other reviews are great which tells me they just didn't know how to repair the issue with my car. Nevertheless would have appreciated honesty which I did not get. Ended up paying less at the dealership to get the issue resolved and had the car back in 3 days from the dealership. Don't get taken advantage off!

Highly recommend Carfix for professional service, top quality expertise and reasonable rates. Also, they do an excellent job of communicating the issues and work done - even sharing photos.

5 stars isn't enough. Great service at a reasonable price. Dealer said 3 weeks for an appointment, three guys had it in and serviced in 3 days.
