We recently worked with Dave on two complex rehab projects within the City of Buffalo and highly recommend him to both investors and homeowners. Dave has an excellent grasp of current building trends, design and applicable codes, which contributes to his excellent reputation with city planning staff. He is also very skilled at schematics and an excellent communicator - keeping in regular touch with both his client and lead contractors. He was regularly available for site visits and provided the contractors with "as needed" consultations to keep the projects moving in the field. Despite his high level of skill, Dave's prices are very reasonable and he produces excellent products - including 3D models, etc. We look forward to our next project with Dave!"
