I Recently moved into the apartment building and I love that it's quiet and comfortable and a great view even from the 2nd floor. I highly recommend contacting Andrew H and go to check the place out before you go anywhere else. The bar and salon are open now making things really convenient not to mention the gym too.

Andrew Hilfiker was amazing to work with. He maintains constant and excellent communication, asks questions, follows up and is so polite while you search through options. 10 out of 10! I wish every leasing agent was this good:)

I recently signed a lease for immediate move-in at this complex that looks like the iconic "Dumbo" development in Brooklyn, and I am moving from Florida. The process was seamless and the building has high ceilings, automated security, and covered parking which fulfills my needs. The building manager, Andrew, was amazing with communication and excellent at explaining the leasing process. He is a great listener. I couldn't believe that Buffalo had a development like this. It's going to be great when the downstairs stores, gym, and other businesses open up. The community is accommodating to all, and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking to move into this community.

I have just recently moved into Barcalo this November and have been in LOVE with my apartment!! This entire building is so trendy. The people at Barcalo have been nothing but kind and welcoming. Theyve answered every question that I have had and have made my move SO EASY. Every person that I have been in contact with has been an absolute joy to speak to from the supervisors to the maintenance personnel and painters. I had a couple of quirks in my apartment where I needed some help (I didnt know how to turn the breaker on, and a doorframe needed a touch up of paint) and the manager Andrew helped me personally and was able to get maintenance out to paint within the hour! Im so happy I chose Barcalo and cannot wait for the commercial space businesses to move in!! (They mentioned a brewery of sorts signed to move in? along with some other cool businesses) Crossing my fingers that they can get a coffee shop in here!!! They also have FREE wifi included in rent along with a safe video camera intercom system that connects to your phone so you can let your friends in when they visit without leaving your apartment. I took a chance with moving into a brand new apartment building with no reviews and im SO glad I did. I love it here! Thanks Barcalo and Staff!!!

Barcalo was my dream apartment Unfortunately due to me arriving in Buffalo way before the expected date I am unable to move in Major kudos to Andrew and the parent company for being understanding and putting service as their highest factor I am jealous of the future residents place they will call home
