Hands down one the best customer service experiences I had as a new owner in the cannabis industry. Tyler and his team are very hands on throughout the process, addressed all my concerns, and never tried to Up sell me. The cost of service is fairly priced, and they deliver a wonderful end user experience. I appreciate the honesty and transparency, which is rare in the industry. It appears that my experience with Nate ( Geary ) may not be representative of every individual in the company. However, I encountered challenges in communication with him, finding it difficult to reach him. As a paying customer, it is perplexing that I have to take the initiative in pursuing communication. Nate ( Geary ) only responded after I completed a form on the website. Despite replying to his email, I received no response. When I scheduled an online meeting to arrange a call, he expressed being busy and suggested rescheduling. I responded to that email but received no further communication. Subsequent attempts to elicit a response through additional emails also proved unproductive. This level of service is not in line with what one would expect from a marketing company serving its clients. The situation is unfortunate, and I hope it can be addressed to improve overall customer experience.
