        If I could give zero stars I would. I was told my taxes were ready - I left work early took time off of work to drive there only to be told when I got there that they were in someones desk and to come the next day. No apologies for the inconvenience and also an unacceptable excuse as to why I could not pick up my taxes that day. When it came to owing taxes - I requested that the money be taken out immediately. They told me its take 3 business days . After three business days nothing came out so I called and was told it be another one - two business days. 5 business days later and still nothing is out. If you want an office that has no problem lying to you and an office where you questions their abilities on everything then use them otherwise Id pick a different company
