Had my taxes done there last year and it took a few months for him to actually complete them. He claimed some type of medical emergency caused the delay. This year I had to have my last year's taxes amended because of an error and it's been 4 MONTHS! Unbelievable i've been expecting the money in my account for months only to find he hasn't even sent the paperwork in yet. Every time i call they say it's on his desk. I called friday very angry. They said it would be sent out today (monday) I told them i would be there personally to make sure it got done. I went there today and it was closed. I don't think they're even open on mondays. Worthless. Your paperwork would get done faster by putting it in a bottle and throwing it in lake erie and hoping it gets found by someone who's actually competent.

I live in California but my boyfriend in NY referred me to Bryan Cleversley for my taxes this year, since that's where he goes. i'd been using turbo tax the past few years and wasn't sure i was doing it correctly, especially after i bought a house. i asked bryan to also take a second look at my 2013 taxes as well, and he found a $1,000 error i missed on the PMI. this was back in mid march. the first thing that makes me give him a poor rating is that he took about 2 months to complete my 2014 taxes, and i had an $8,000 refund coming that i really needed, and i had told him so. secondly, i've been asking where my 2013 taxes are, and i get no response. i've sent him about 10 emails and made at least 15 phone calls, he is always "in a meeting" when the secretary asks who is calling. she isn't very pleasant either. i told her today "I don't care who calls me back, the janitor can call me for all i care, just please find out if my 2013 paperwork was e-filed or if i need to sign anything or what needs to happen so i get my $1,000, please!" guess what? again, no phone call, no email. WTF IT'S A QUESTION THAT WILL TAKE ABOUT A MINUTE FOR BRYAN TO ANSWER, SO I CAN WRAP THIS UP AND GET MY $!!HE IS THE WORST PROFESSIONAL I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. he even ended up giving me half off because he admitted he dropped the ball on my 2014 taxes. so you'd think he'd be quick about fixing this, right? i don't get what his deal is.IF I COULD GIVE 1/2 A STAR I WOULD. YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, BRYAN. if i can find someone to report you to, some accountants' association or something, i will.
