        Last year our technician, Eric, found numerous issues with our a/c unit after buying our home from the original owners. He did everything right to make our unit feel 100% better. This year he returned for routine summer maintenance. We appreciate his functional knowledge and expertise. He is willing to ensure everything is working properly. His commitment to excellent service is reflected by his work and positive demeanor. We will use him for a new furnace and look forward to more service in the future. Service: A/C system maintenance

        My furnace stopped working last night and it was a cold night. This morning I called Aire Serv, and within an hour a technician was already at my house. He identified the problem and fix it within a 4 hour window. My house is warm again thanks to Anthony the technician/ owner. I will highly recommend Aire Serv to any one who has emergency HVAC issues. I'll give them five . Service: Repair HVAC

        I reached out due to my heating system not working, in my home in Watertown, I reside in Virginia. They responded quickly about scheduling an appointment. I was scheduled for mid afternoon. The technician (Eric) that was scheduled, contacted me because his morning was free and wanted to see if I could do an earlier appointment. He was very flexible and patient for me to get someone available so he could come earlier. Once he was on site, he contacted me about my issue, gave me a quote and requested permission before starting repairs. After the repair was made, he called explained all repairs that were made. Thank you for repairing my boiler and giving my home heat again. Service: Heating system repair
