Marmalade

Item got stuck in Customs. I contacted Marmalade about this but received no response. The item was then returned to Marmalade, but I will not receive a refund from them. Because yes, that is their shipping policy for Europe. Once the item is out of their hands, it is no longer their responsibility. So if you live outside the US, never order from them, because you can lose your item and your money.

Cute vintage store amongst the others on the block. They have some really nice ladies clothes and selections.The decor inside feels very Nuevo Brooklyn; its cool and swanky with unique mannequins . They carry authentic certified vintage designer bags for resale and have a sign claiming their the real deal bags; if youre looking and into that stuff. Its a nice store with a nice curation of stuff. Less stars for customer service and friendliness. Im not particularly hard to impress, but to not be greeted while the people before and after me were when they employee also made eye contact multiple times and not acknowledged yeah thats not a good feeling. Especially when everyone else is being engaged prior to us, and those coming in after us. But short of that it wasnt an unpleasant experience. I think theres plenty of potential things for people to fall in love with there , and the surrounding shops so its nice to peak in if youre in the area. Check them out
