Most of these reviews are spot on - the sales folks here are SO rude and unwelcoming. I love the brands they carry, but buy directly from the designers to avoid the absolutely negative experience. I hope this serves to help leadership reassess their priorities.

Been here multiple times since they are in the neighborhood and every time, without fail, the sales people manage to be rude, unwelcoming and unpleasant. They sell relatively pricey clothes but deliver service not up to par with what they are supposedly selling. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

Wonderfully curated store with essentials and interesting special finds. Lovely sales staff who helped me find wonderful things that I use daily.

I have to agree with other reviews - customer service here is absolutely very very bad!
The owner is very rude and has a bad attitude.
She absolutely needs help to manage her anger and anxiety :)
Id rather support other stores in the neighborhood that are more welcoming than this place where you dont feel comfortable at all.
