Brooklyn Wine Exchange

I visited your store today at 3:01pm in search of a particular wine that I always purchase from your establishment. To my surprise, the sales associate immediately told me that you did not carry it, even though I had not yet informed him of the specific wine I was looking for. This interaction left me confused and puzzled. When I inquired further about the wine, the associate seemed unaware of its existence, despite my never having approached him with a request. Furthermore, when I asked about delivery options, I was met with a rude and blatantly racist response. I felt uncomfortable and disturbed by the prejudice displayed towards me, based on my race. This behavior is completely unacceptable and has led me to reconsider my loyalty to your store. As a paying member who frequents your establishment, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. I have always enjoyed shopping here, but the actions of this employee have unfortunately tarnished my experience. I will be cancelling my membership and taking my business elsewhere.
