Shade Store makes buying shades really easy. Plenty of excellent products and fabrics to choose from, very good advice if you need it in store (we enjoyed working with Dominick at the Dumbo location), and the measurement and installation was very professional and neat.

Although the store looks nice, it is truly upsetting how the staff lack proper communication skills as well as the company's product quality is far below what is displayed compared to what you will actually receive. First, the company provided me with shades that were not the proper measurements and they had staples sticking out of them, upon trying to fix this with a replacement the technician screwed my windows shut and damaged my window hardware. When I truested financial Compensation (reduction in amount of balance owed)I was left without a response. These shades are not worth it, if I could give them 0 stars I would.

My entire experience with Shade Store was excellent, start to finish. From the initial consultation, measurements session, design assistance, ordering process and product installation. Everyone I interacted with were highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and contributed to a seamless process. Everything was done efficiently, on schedule and correctly. An extra special thanks to Lane Brooks, the Design Consultant I worked with, who was remarkable! And most importantly, the product is absolutely beautiful and top quality.
