Awesome!  Hired them to clean every window in my home and WOW - my windows have never sparkled.They were on time, friendly, efficient and clean ( they wore booties in the house even thought I said it wasn't necessary)I'll be using them to do my window "spring cleaning" always!  Note Check out website or get estimateThey charge for each window, storm window and screens separately so it can add up but TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Couple of Russian thuggish dudes. Trashed my light strip and the light cover by  the window. Also damaged one of my plants. Never told me a thing. I noticed when I got home from traveling for three weeks. Wouldn't reimburse me, as they said the light turned off by itself (huh?!). Sketchy

I have been in this business for many years and have not had a worse experience with a window cleaning company. They may be ok for cleaning a set of personal windows but never use them for a building. We had an agreed upon scope of work and estimate. Once the work started they saw that they were only able to clean about half of the windows with their format of cleaning, yet demanded full payment. Do not use them under any circumstance.

On Friday, June 30, 2017, two of Prime Window Cleaning's employees (Roman and Vasyl) came to our fifth floor apartment at 126 Riverside Drive in Manhattan to clean our windows.With much satisfaction and enthusiasm, I give them the highest possible rating.They arrived on time (something extremely rare for New York City service people), were very courteous, listened attentively to our specific issue (one of our large park-view windows had many ugly blotches of silicone due to a window repair above our apartment), worked efficiently, and kept the whole place neat and clean. In addition, Prime Window Cleaning's charge was very reasonable.This was the first time we used Prime Window Cleaning Co. We will not hesitate to recommend them to others and we will definitely use their services again.Thanks for a job perfectly executed.
