        Took 7 days for a 2 day shipment then I bought a phone that was in fair shape and they sent a phone that beat up and tried to hide it with a case. Will be returning

        I agree with other reviewers on their practice of giving higher quote but make up excuses when they receive the device. They try to waste your time. Ended up selling to other refurbisher for same condition. AVOID if selling device to them. They will not HONOR
