Let me just start off by saying that if I could give 0 stars, I would. I wasn't angry from the start and they could have easily gotten 5 stars from me if they weren't so AWFUL! I ordered a cell phone and it was delivered in a quick manner, the phone looks great and the only thing visibly wrong is the screen has an image burner onto it, which doesn't bother me because there are ways around it and I didn't expect a perfect phone that was refurbished. What got me was I put my sim card in this cell phone and it wasn't reading correctly. It was late and night and I didn't expect them to answer the phone and I left a nice message. Well, the ENTIRE next day passes and still no phone call! So, I left another message slightly agitated, sent an email, and messaged them on Facebook messenger. WELL I still recieved NO CALL BACK, NO email and THEY BLOCKED ME ON FACEBOOK! You want to know how I finally got ahold of them? For 15 minutes I called back to back, then they actually answered. I am extremely displeased with the fact that they were THERE and refused to answer my cry for help. When I got ahold of them, the customer service rep was slightly agitated I could tell but I'm not sorry, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! We got it figured out and I'm able to use the phone but I CANNOT BELIEVE they claim to be happy to help and IGNORED AND BLOCKED ME.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Ordered a phone from them on March 11, and the phone arrived on March 16th. The phone was sold as "brand new, unlocked for GSM service." I took it to AT&T to have it activated, and they discovered it was not, in fact, an unlocked phone. Not only that, but another technician determined that its SIM reader was defective. I initiated a return, was sent a mailing label by the company, and mailed the phone back on March 22nd (well within the time period stipulated by the company for returns). Unfortunately, the package has been "delayed," and no tracking information has been updated from USPS since March 25th. The company did not provide an insured mailing label, and is treating me as though it is my fault that package has not arrived, and will not issue my refund until it does. I am out $200 for a defective phone, on top of the money I had to pay for ANOTHER phone in the meantime. The communication from the company has been uncaring and unwilling to work with me, and I will "have to wait two business days after the package has arrived." "Please wait a few more days and see if it gets here." (Which I have done, and NO change in the company's response.) DO NOT recommend buying from this seller. Several others on eBay have reported similar circumstances, and I am wishing I had listened to those few bad reviews in spite of the good reviews on the company's profile.
