Sugaring NYC - Brooklyn Park Slope

The receptionist was lovey, but I had a very painful wax, and the lady who waxed me seemed like she was having a very rough day. I felt bad, but there was a lack of communication about the numbing spray and sugaring process. Also, I looked overhead at the light, and it felt like there was a camera on the side of the light that was recording. My privacy felt very violated. I cannot confirm this is a camera, but the whole experience felt very uncomfortable and just off. Im hoping the workers at this establishment are being treating okay because I did not feel good about any part of my waxing experience, unfortunately.

Odelis is THEE best!!! She was sooooo patient, professional, and amazing!!! Best experience yet!!!! She was also very knowledgeable and educated me on a few things!! Shes my new go-to!! If youre looking for someone who will make you feel comfortable and do a spectacular job, shes the woman for the job!!!

This was my first waxing appointment, and they were extremely accommodating and emotionally supportive. I was quite anxious, and they helped me relax. They were as gentle as they could be. I got waxed here for quite a bit, before moving out
