Bottom line - Prime mold removal is a top notch remediation and reconstruction company that we have no hesitation recommending. We engaged Prime mold removal for a horrible flood that destroyed our condo in Park slope Brooklyn. Our insurance company recommended two companies, but after reading the reviews for those companies and looking at Prime mold removal, we decided to go with Mike and Prime mold removal. Their response was fast and knowledgeable. They also had competitive rates and experience working with our multiple (yes, multiple) insurance companies. Prime mold removal was able to come out quickly with a full crew and promptly dry our house. They were careful to minimize damage and limit the demolition only to what was necessary. They retained as much as possible, to the joy of the insurance company, and kept critical samples for us to demonstrate to insurance the state prior to the flood. They also kept us updated with daily reports to keep us and the neighbors, who needed to deal with the necessary heat and noise, all happy. Most importantly, our complements to our remediation expert, Simon. He was able to professionally and efficiently help us through this tough time. He was able to explain every step to us in detail. Also, he was able to use various drying techniques to get our property dry despite limitations like the space, structural issues, minimizing the impact, and ensuring we come out of the process with the best outcome possible. Best of all, he was able to work with the insurance adjusters and advocate for our interests. We would not hesitate to have Simon help us out again.
