Sewer/Water Damage Cleanup Restoration 1 of South Brooklyn is a top-notch company! Joe and his crew were at my home in less than 2 hours of calling them. My sewer line backed up and caused a mess in my basement, not to mention damage to my personal property. Joe dealt with my insurance company and made the whole process so much easier. These guys are quick, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them!

A big thank you to joe and his staff for saving our Christmas Day disaster. We had flood from a broken frozen pipe that caused damage to my basement and tenant apartment. They came to remediate the following morning ! Their timeliness and professionalism was much appreciated and evident through a lengthy process. They worked with us and our insurance adjuster to make sure all paperwork was submitted on time so work could be throughly completed. We highly recommend this company and felt as if we were treated like family.

All four floors of our condo were flooded by a roof leak last week. The damage was extensive, the whole roof needed to be replaced and one to two rooms on each floor had to have much of their sheetrock removed. With four owners this created a lot of chaos and stress with respect to getting the problems under control quickly. The guys from Restoration One were here the same day that I called. They brought their humidity meter and quickly assessed the problem areas. Next they gave us an estimate and got the job done quickly, neatly and very professionally. When we had scheduling issues they were very flexible and understanding. They very much worked around our issues! Unheard of in my experience. These guys were life savers.
