I first went to the Planta in Miami and had a very nice experience, cant say the same for this location. Disappointing. My overall review is: Meh to both food and service. Overpriced for the quality of both.

From beginning till the end, everything was perfect!! The staff is polite and attentive. - Morgan was a blast!! Best waitress ever!! She was so charming, took very good care of me and always with a lovely smile. The food is awesome and the cocktails are also a recommendation! If you're in NY, vegan or not - try it

All the items different from the Planta in Manhattan are really disappointing.. $24 for a pizza which was so meh, had not a single topping.. the pasta was so average too.. typical Planta service where the waiters are superficial but not genuinely sweet or helpful. In planta nomad I had a waiter refuse to click our group picture at the end of a meal cause we tipped him 18% and not 25%- I had complained to the manager who did not have a very concerned reaction. Here I complained about how bad the pizza was and we did not eat beyond our initial slice and I wasnt even offered a replacement or a different dish or a refund. Anything- at least acknowledge what the customer is saying- for the price we pay here for avg food the least one can expect is genuine and honest service.
