Dr. Prahbu is a phenomenal physician, but the clinic staff- especially the front desk folks and the clinic manager are abhorrent. Their lack of professionalism, customer service, and ability to show compassion and kindness to people who are going here for a heart condition is really heart breaking. They're extremely rude, disrespectful, and one of them even invited my disabled 71 year old mother to fight because she was rude to my mother and my mother responded to her rudely. You need to get new staff or get them trained on how to treat patients, who make it possible for them to have jobs. They act as if they're doing you a favor.

I was very pleased with my first visit to this specialist. It's located on the 4th floor. When I first walked in, I was taken back because it was pretty crowded and it's mid June. The pandemic is on it's last stand as most have gotten the COVID-19 shot, but yet there was social distance in place with seating space. Plus everyone had to wear their mask. In all things where moving pretty quickly as well.
Staff was very friendly and gave service with a smile. To be honest the Doctor I went to see was the best part. He was very nice and pleasant and gave me some advice on we will be moving forward with my treatment. He made a few jokes which does ease the mood. He just makes you feel comfortable with his easy going attitude.
