Don't come here unless you want your time to be wasted. Had my first bait and switch in NYC. Called to ask if 2 cars were available for test drive and was told they were available and to come in an hour later. The minute I entered the office, the lady I spoke to on the phone said those cars were "out." I asked if she meant they were sold or if someone was test driving them, but she just repeated they're out, meaning she never had those cars when I called. She then try to sell me other cars at MUCH higher prices. I just left

My experience at Carsbuck was very nice. The staff is very welcoming and the car runs great. There was a mix-up in my sale but overall I love my car. Chastity and Joshua were very helpful.
