HealthNeed Medical Urgent Care

I've been here three and had a good experience with staff both times, but it's unreliable in regards to business hours. I've gone when it's supposed to be open and no one is there. A few days ago a friend went in the middle of the day and no one was there. My boyfriend went today and it's not open. It sucks because I do like this place, but to walk all the way to the urgent care when you're ill or injured and then no one is there... it's a no for me. Quite unfortunate.

Health Need Medical Urgent care was best. They all so good, very care about patients and explain and answer all our concerns which really help alleviate our anxiety. All doctor's has a high level of medical knowledge. They consults patients carefully and takes good care of patients. Thank you so much. I highly recommend health Need Medical Urgent Care.

Came in for a PCR test and was welcomed by staffs who worked quickly and professionally, overall great service.

Nobody at this clinic seems to know what they are doing. They struggled to understand their own policies and procedures. The majority of staff are physician associates, and are qualified, but are not doctors. Affordable, compared to other alternatives, but not trustworthy. They may be trusted to give a flu shot or covid test, if anything, but maybe not for anything more serious.

The nurse seemed extremely nervous. It seemed to be the first time that this nurse gave someone a flu shot. They advertise that they have flu shots and covid vaccines but they dont have qualified staff. Super sketchy.
