The staff are always friendly and helpful. It was my second time here and was in and out in a prompt manner.

I have never been treated worse in my life, the eye rolling by the people at the front desk, the Nurse aid yelled at me, it was a bit crazy and they weren't even busy. I didn't wait long, but the way they treated me was impatient and unkind. I won't be going back.

UPDATE: I never received the PCR test results, they just lost them. I don't like writing negative reviews and I will note that the receptionists and support staff are always lovely here, in my experience (why I gave 2 stars)...but I have had 2 negative experiences with different doctors at this location. Both were men, one was an older fellow maybe in his 70s and he was so rude, condescending and dismissive to me, this was a while back but I never forgot it. Then last Mon. I got a rapid and PCR done from a younger doctor who was fine but seemed bored having to implement yet another COVID test. Like, so sorry to inconvenience you but the stuff we have to deal with in a post pandemic world is a pain for all of us, I wasn't stoked about having to deal with CityMD on a Mon. evening when I wasn't feeling well. Anyway, I still haven't received the results from my PCR which he said would come in a day or 2. I was given an explanation today that it will actually take 5 business days or longer to receive lab results so I won't get until Mon. at the earliest. Finding out I have COVID 7 days after I started showing symptoms seems unhelpful, am I wrong here? Like, why even bother?
