Fine work, recommend without reservation. We had a set of four Good Form chairs reupholstered and couldnt be more pleased with the work. We had had the chairs for 20 years and our only regret was we didnt bring them to Das Upholstery sooner.

Just picked up our chair which was upholstered in leather. And wow, just wow! Das is the best, a true artist. He's also as nice and as funny as can be. We wouldn't trust anything we needed upholstered with anyone else. Thanks, Das!

Six years ago, this business reupholstered a leather Hancock & Moore curved sofa for me, switching it over to fabric. It was a horrible disaster. The seams weren't straight, the pillows were pinched, and the whole thing looked dilapidated and old, when it had left my apartment in excellent shape. Worst of all, I think they might have changed the cushion inserts without my permission. The inserts started out perfectly sized--the sofa was less than a year old (I hated the leather color once I saw it in my home) and in perfect condition. Hancock and Moore is one of the best furniture companies in the US. When the sofa left my home, the pillow inserts fit PERFECTLY--and when it came back, they hung over the edges by almost two inches. Those were the best inserts Money could buy.  I can't see how they could have GROWN. They must have been replaced with inferior and ill fitting insertsSecond-to-worst: I had this sofa custom modified so the legs came off and it for through my door. When they delivered the sofa, they didn't screw them in as they were carefully designed to be done, so it could be done over and over with ease; they haphazardly just whacked the legs on off-center with thin, short screws and ruined the custom design. This meant that this morning, when my new upholsterer came to pick up my sofa and finally take it in to fix it--he literally had to use a crow bar to remove the feet. It should have been easy peasy--I'll reiterate that this is a Hancock and Moore--irreproachable in their craftsmanship--the custom design was ruined.
