Never understood the reason for using a travel agent until I was stuck in the airport past midnight, flight delayed 4 hours which would cause me to miss my connection. Joy travel wasnt only awake to answer my questions and guide me, but they actually were able to get me on an earlier flight at no extra cost. They go above and beyond to help their clients and are available any time of day or night. Will never be booking flights on my own anymore. Highly recommend.

Recently used Joy Travel and in addition to great service in finding flights for a good price, we got stuck in the airport due to a issue with the airline system and missed our connection flight, after the airlines told us there we're no available flights with 3 seats for 2-3 days we were ready to book a return flight to NY, we called Joy Travel, after hours, and within half hour they managed to get us on a flight that night to our final destination. Thank you Joy Travel for helping us in the critical moment.

I had a great experience with Joy Travel and I highly recommend their service! They were all pleasant and helpful. My flight back ended up getting canceled last minute and I quickly contacted Joy Travel to help me get on another flight from India to New York. Had I not booked through a travel agent originally, I would not have had that much ease in re-booking a flight. Joy Travel satff got me on another flight as fast as they could and were in contact with me to make sure i got on the flight. I so apprecaite their time and help!
