UR Tours and Events

This was not the first trip with students that UR Tours and Events has planned for us. And, in true fashion, they did not disappoint. From the beginning of our planning, Livy worked all kinds of scenarios to give our students a well deserved trip. Once in NYC, Jeff made our excursions seamless. As an teacher, using the WeTravel website alleviated many accounting and planning stresses. I highly recommend UR Tours and Events to my teacher friends. You wont be disappointed.

Our trip to NYC was incredible! My students not only got to see a lot of sights, but were a part of a Broadway class where they learned a lot. I have been working with UR Tours and Events for years, and have always been impressed with their professionalism and flexibility! We travel every year, and this company has made each trip so memorable for my students. They are the best!!!

As a new Theatre Director, there are seemingly an insurmountable number of challenges when coordinating a substantial trip across the country. UR Tours and Events made this process so seamless and allowed me to be confident and present for my students. Our tour went off without a hitch and any minor inconveniences were immediately tackled by the team. Any time I had a question, they responded within a few hours, and they were able to specifically tailor our trip to our needs and interests, even once we were at our destination. I've traveled with other groups and organizations, and this tour convinced me that I don't need to be looking into any other companies. At the end of the trip, many students came up to me saying it was the best few days of their lives. Thanks Jeff and Livy!

I have used UR Tours and worked with Livy on two trips to Disney World and Universal in Orlando. Both trips went flawlessly from an organizational standpoint, and our band had phenomenal experiences. This last trip in December of 2022 was a real challenge due to all the covid planning over two years. UR Tours worked with us every step of the way, coming up with creative solutions- the trip was fantastic. Memories of a lifetime. I highly recommend their services- our trips include groups of 130 youth and adults with Marching Band equipment.

Fortyone Girl Scouts of Gateway Council in Panama City FL recently spent 4 days 3 nights in Savannah, GA. We enjoyed Lady and Sons and a Gost Tour on our first night. Woke up the next day to join the Girl Scout Militia at Fort Jackson then on to Tybee Island to learn and explore the Georgia coastline then enjoyed an Ecosystem boat excursion. Our third day was a Girl Scout day starting with a 3 hour Girl Scout Experience at the birthplace then Andrew Low House some free time downtown and ended the day at the Pirate's House restaurant. Sunday before departing we visited Juliette Low gravesite. Jeff and his team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to plan a trip for their Girl Scout Troop.
