hey all listen this place is a scam and so is the online class they will give you a certificate , but wont contact dmv to let them know you pass i had to get dmv to call them to get them to send my certificate to them and this took over 4 months so listen to me go to another site but this company is a scam and one more thing the reason they did nt send my cerificate to dmv is because they have to pay up a small fee to them that why they wont inform dmv you pass anyways see yall

I believed that there was no time limit on completing the course. Apparently, you have 6 months to complete before the course expires. An email alert would have been appreciated and appropriate, or, have customers pay for the course AFTER it is completed. Disappointed.

"Our records indicate that you failed your ID Validation because you did not successfully verify your identity within the allotted time on two consecutive attempts. Therefore, you failed the course. As a one time courtesy, we have reinstated your account in order for you to be able to continue your course from the point you left off. You may now login to continue your course."
