Bad quality control. I received an item that was missing pieces even though it was not mentioned in the description. I missed the short return window, but thought I could trust them to send what was promised. That was my mistake. Do not recommend, its not worth the risk.

Had some good experiences with this company until this order.. I placed this order almost 2 weeks ago, however, its been stated as label created for almost a week and had no updated what so ever. Amazon spoiled me with quick delivery which I know I cannot expect all other companies would do the same.. But all I wanted is to talk to a human that my order will be fulfilled!! All I wanna know is Ill get my baby accessories!! I tried called the hotline, nope, it disconnected after few minutes.. called more than 10 times today during business hour.. and got disconnected EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I happened across this store while on the hunt for a very specific item for an upcomig baby shower gift. Right after placing what I thought was the correct item (and size) I realized it was the wrong size. I immediately emailed them (late at night) and first thing the following morning I recieved confirmation that they would be able to cancel my order and refund my purchase. This is the kind of customer service I LOVE which will for sure keep me as a customer. Prices seem very reasonable and definitely beat buying at full price from other retailers.

I was excited to find quality baby gear at a good price, but no discount is worth the experience with this store. I placed my order and was told it would ship out within 3 days. It finally shipped 4 days later, but all it said when I tired tracking it was "label created". The shipper never received the package. I tried contacting them, but the only way to get in touch is by email, which is only answered 2 days later. I finally received a response, and they said they would look into it and that I should wait at least 2 weeks before following up. That is a really long time to wait, but I decided to give them a chance. The two weeks were up, and I tried calling them during business hours. I never got through to anybody- after being on hold for a while, the phone would disconnect! I tried emailing but as of now I still not received a response. This is frustrating since we ordered things for our baby that will be coming soon. I gave myself plenty of time to prepare for the arrival of our baby and this delay is simply stressful and disrespectful. I am not sure what others experience with this company is, but I will not order from them again. Oh, and during this almost month-long saga I have received at least two emails from them a day trying to sell me more products. Please send me what I ordered instead of trying to sell me more stuff.

I've always had a great experience purchasing from here. When I had an issue with my order, they quickly resolved it and went above and beyond to help. Also great at responding. Really appreciated this with a company that sells used items discounted already.
