They are crooks Do Not Use This Towing Company my son car was towed to their lot on 1/29/2023. On 1/30/2023 he went to pick up his car when he was told the fee was a one thousand dollars. They stated his car was there for a week. Which was Bs my son had the police report and also the receipt which states 1/29/2023 the car was towed. They disregarded the documention. My son then asked to speak to a manager and they gave him a run around. I will be taking further legal actions against this towing company

My car had been towed by them and when I finally figured this out I made several attempts to call them from the number listed here with no response, and calls being forwarded to an entirely different number with no explanation of what business it was for. After finally getting in touch with them I made my way to the address on Google. As soon as I arrived at this address they told me they had recently changed the address and gave me another. Upon arriving there I had to wait nearly an hour for someone to open the door in the cold, after being told like ten minutes. When he finally shows up and I pay the exorbitant amount of money, he says oh your car is not here its at our storage yard. When I asked where that was he said I dont know the address but its up the road. I asked how I could possibly know where that was and how I could get there and he said take an Uber (to an address I wasnt given????), so I called someone to give me a ride. Halfway through the ride to up the road he calls me and said since I made you wait so long Im waiving the fee to bring the car to you its across from the office after I kept saying ok I have a ride Im on my way, so we had to turn around. It took 4+ hours to get my car from these people Service: Car towing
