Do not go here - this business will overcharge you and do chargeable services that you have not agreed to doing, and then double bill your insurance policy (after charging you out of pocket for services). I went here for an annual dental cleaning and was charged for X-rays (which I didnt even ask to do or be advised that its a chargeable service) and other services. I was told my insurance plan was great and it would cover an add on service, and then later billed for it. I had paid for services out of pocket and shortly later realized I was overcharged since my insurance would cover it. The receptionist admitted they overcharged me and advised they can issue a refund once my claim was processed. Ironically after my claim was processed they sent me another invoice. This was after I had tried following up on my refund via email and no one responded for weeks! I finally got a hold of Grace (billing team) on the phone and she wasnt able to explain why I was charged out of pocket and what was billed to my insurance provider. After a frustrating conversation, I had asked who I can escalate to for further help and she gave me no way out its just me. Fair warning to not waste your time here and go somewhere that is transparent and non-fraudulent. Other reviews show the same predatory behavior (and it seems like they just respond with a generic response because theyve already taken your money and dont care).

Very bad experience here. They said they took my insurance at the front desk, but made me pay out of pocket because they couldn't get ahold of my insurance. I confirmed they would reimburse me, but a month later, they said they're no longer in network with my insurance and can't honor the reimbursement. Do not trust them!

Ive been a couple times for cleaning and both visits were great. They really make the experience as gentle as possible. Ashley cleaned my teeth and did an incredible job. They feel so clean and i never experienced any pain. Im always amazed when people are really skilled at using tools. Ashley gave me useful tips on how to treat my teeth right and explained what was happening every step of the way. The person who checked me in at the desk (i dont know her name) was also very friendly. Thankfully i didnt have any mouth problems so i was out of there in like 30 min. Will go again in 6 months.
