        I've been with h&r block for 4 years never been audited always get denied for refund advance when you call the people act confused to your questions I pay hundreds of dollars for a simple return and I also pay extra for peace of mind and when I call they can't even open my account to check and answer my questions for me what the hell am I paying all this money for? If I call I expect you to go into my account not give my a estimated guess or what you herd from the irs he say she say this will be my last year using them also emerald is the worse they will hold your money til the very last day smh
