Customer service is horrible, you are in the service business so why not fix your customer service. How hard is it to give someone a call back ?

Probably one of the worst tax choices I made in my life. I should have never gone to this office to do my taxes, they do not know what they are doing. Its worth it to pay a little bit more and hire a competent tax firm. Save yourself.

These are people nasty ! they are not very helpful to my case.I paid to do complete DS 260 form filing.i also requested to speak with sadaff i am still there client each time I call they are busy and front desk keeps telling someone able to call me back it been month i never received phone from them. These people are not Americans I think they have there own cultural issues. Very sad.

Very professional and understanding. Helped with an issue with a visa that a family member had and they fixed everything! Would recommend.
