        I went there for an angiogram a few days ago; the entire staff was so nice! Every one was courteous, friendly and polite. My procedure was explained by everyone. The only person I can say had a problem was the woman at the front desk downstairs. My friend needed directions to come upstairs for me and she told me the woman was rude. When we were leaving I heard the woman myself talking rude to someone. Other than that I love the hospital.

        Wife had apendectomy. They told me to call for a follow up appointment for her . I called many times. No one answers and forced to leave messages. Its been 4 days and nothing. What kind of office can do that ? I cant even call to get a follow up appointment for her. This is disgusting and ridiculous!
