        The Butcher of Brighton Beach. He's threatening to sue me for $20,000 for an emergency surgery, in violation of the No Surprises Act. He lied at a follow-up appointment and said he'd seen a CT scan when his office hadn't received it yet. Avoid if at all possible. Unfortunately he may be working in the Brooklyn ER where you have the misfortune of ending up with a medical emergency.
