Very professional, friendly and prompt service. Was able to have my prescription glasses in ONE hour; (I was going on vacation and really needed them). Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new eyewear full service center in my neighbourhood; think Ive found them. Thanks again.

I regret to share my recent experience at Veyana Optical, which has left me deeply disappointed and dissatisfied. Upon contacting the store and speaking with Yan, was provided with one price over the phone. However, upon visiting the store, I was shocked to find that the price quoted differed significantly. This inconsistency was the first red flag indicating the lack of transparency and honesty within the establishment. Furthermore, the condition of the place was deplorable. It was visibly dirty, and the overall ambiance was far from welcoming. To exacerbate matters, the individual attending to me was incredibly rude and disrespectful. The pinnacle of my disappointment came when I was charged $250 for lenses of abysmal quality. To add insult to injury, I was persuaded to opt for two additional protective coatings, including an Anti-Reflection coating with a blue tint. However, upon receiving the glasses, the color was so dark that it resembled sunglasses, making them virtually unusable. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested the removal of the blue anti-reflection coating, I was met with resistance. Not only was the removal process unsuccessful, but I also did not receive any refund for the additional charge incurred. Save yourself the frustration, inconvenience, and financial loss by seeking services elsewhere from establishments that prioritize honesty, transparency, and customer satisfaction.
