This is my first Subaru WRX and I'm really excited. My friend recommended me because he's a huge wrx/sti fan and he only buy Subaru. I had Ben, and he took care of me and kept his promise, not like the previous dealers I dealt with that play games. Everything was smooth and easy, I am a busy man and I was in and out in no time.

Chris Malone was super helpful and incredibly knowledgeable when it came to explaining the pros and cons of the Subaru Forester. We were really impressed with the car and the way Chris made it simple to understand all the operations of the vehicle. Incredibly friendly and professional service.

Anthony was great to work with. He was transparent and professional and provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision before going to the dealership. Then, at the dealership he made the process seamless resulting in a very satisfying car buying experience for me.

Bay Ridge Subaru employs salespeople. Bay Ridge Subaru does not employ negotiators. In other words, they aren't interested in discussing terms, at least in my experience. The manager inevitably will respond to this with a "transparent" give me a call to hear more about your time at our dealership, and we're sorry to hear about your experience, and we strive to blah blah... those are just words. They are meaningless and are meant to make him look approachable. He isn't. They aren't. I got up from my seat last week and walked out and immediately called 3 Subarus in NJ, and they all gave me a monthly payment of a range of $150-$175 less on financing terms with ZERO down in writing on the same vehicle, while Bay Ridge Subaru would not budge from $5,000K down and a doc fee longer than the manager's nose. Go to any dealership in New Jersey. They'll actually be willing to have a discussion with you. Don't take my word for it. Pick up the phone and call. I graded fair and gave an extra star, because the showroom was nice and clean. They lost 3 stars for not closing the deal.
