After getting our awning installed we discovered it was leaking, when we called the company to come and fix the problem they kept putting it off. Our porch is now damaged and still nobody has come to fix the awning

Sean from Brooklyn Stainless Steel is such an honest, sincere, knowledge professional! He arrived for our estimate as promised, punctual and gave us unbiased, sincere, honest advice on our project.
In the end we wound up getting iron instead of stainless steel (solely aesthetics) but I highly recommend anyone looking for a stainless steel railing to use Sean!
This my first and only time going out of my way to write a five star review about a company that I did not use their services.
Why did I do this?
We were so impressed meeting Sean with such a pleasant experience getting the estimate!
Sean went above and beyond, even speaking directly with our contractors to advise them to add wood where needed to better support the railing.
Sean clearly is knowledgeable and experienced.
Plus, I felt a special connection meeting a contractor for the first time with such an altruistic, unbiased, sincere and honest vibe. What a wonderful human being.
I recommend Sean and Brooklyn Steel highly, without reservation for any stainless steel railing work.

They replaced our driveway and walkway gates. They did exactly as promised and more. The gate opens in and out, works perfectly and is beautiful. These are the guys you want if you need stainless steel fencing, bannisters or gates. Look no further.
