Worst place ever!!!!! If I could have gave zero I would. I went here to get an evaluation for legal purposes and to get my own records and a letter for my lawyer it was a big issue.They ran me around for over 2 weeks had many different staff telling me all types of information and basically tried to tell me they cannot release my documents to me or anyone that I authorized to have it which by the way is a legal right. And the case I was dealing with is a very sensitive case this literally triggered me and added to my frustration.The document needed was a time sensitive document which I explained to the doctor who agreed to get it done in time and they took forever to send it for me. The staff there are not doing their job and be providing incorrect information and they always never getting your emails!!!They are very disorganized.When you call the staff they transferring you to everyone else like no one wants the deal with the issue or knows how to. I had to show up their for them to tell me a bunch of nonsense.Then on top of it you apparently have to wait for approval for the director or whoever it was to tell you if they can give it to you or not again this is a legal right.When I finally got the document which took back and forth calling with my therapist on the line it wasnt even the document I needed for legal purposes so this was all a waste of time but they spared no time charging my insurance.When speaking to the director (Jone Salmon)I think her name was she was so focused on the fact of me not coming back and acted like she just wanted me out of her hair saying this never happened before and a bunch of nonsense like I was not supposed to be upset. My lawyer and I definitely will escalate this to the proper authorities so someone else doesnt have to go through this especially when they are victims of abuse. Ridiculous!!!!!

Great place and lovely people. I took my son here after losing my mother and I was also able to get some counseling for myself.
