        52 minute wait time - no help!!!! After trying to call numerous times with long waits I made it my duty today to get this recertification done. After waiting 52 long minutes a representative finally answered... She said she cannot do this today!! without further explanation there was a dial tone. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
