ELCO Shoes

I just went today to get shoes for prom. I tried on one thing and the shoes hurt rlly bad. He was trying to convince me to get them. I said no. Then I asked if he had anything cheaper and he said that they dont sell cheap things (Clearly they do because none of the shoes were very comfortable). My mom was otp with me and didnt want to spend 80 dollars on shoes for one night. He then got very upset and snatched the shoes away. He started talking bad about me and my mom to his coworker right in front of my face.

Yesterday I went to purchase a pair shoes for my mother they sold me the wrong size in the wrong box . Went right back to get my money back the owner auger me down that my mother can wear the shoes that is too tight for her feet refuse to give me my money back so I had to purchase something that I did not want because he refuse took my is the policy I wasnt even gone an hour he lies He deceased people please do not spend your money. Its not worth it to quality is not worth it he talks fast stay away.

The owner of this shop is very rude. He has a disgusting attitude from the moment we walked in he was rude. The worst part is we still bought shoes. Dont go here to shop for shoes. The shoes arent even good quality the shoes fell apart from wearing then only 4 hours.

My name is Rita W. Just walked in this store to try/ purchase a pair of boots that looked sooo beautiful in the showcase. The attendant who assisted me was very polite and respectful. There were no half sizes therefore the fit was not good for me. The manager was soooo rude and disrespectful , and I have reasons to believe it's because I am black and didn't buy the shoes. He had the nerve to ask me to put on my mask only at tha t point when he wasn't even wearing one himself! At least mine was on my face. I have bought shoes, bags and coats there before and will never buy there again. This manager has no good customer service and needs to know how to speak to people. If there was an option for zero stars, that is what inwould have given him.
