      • Beautiful Nightmare

        No one ask if you if you need help you have to actually stop someone and ask them to help you and even then you get the bare minimum then there is a bunch of people standing at the register's 6 registers but only one opened .

        Worst experience I ever had, walked in was greeted but it was a hassle to get my shoes. After flagging a gentleman to get my shoes from the stock he brought to the register the wrong shoes and an empty box the manager was very rude to me tried to sell me a display she was very unprofessional. A very traumatic experience that myself and daughter received !

        The way customer service is set up these days I really dont mind buying online however I wanted that old feeling on the weekends going to get sneakers for the family there was one very nice guy very helpful I actually walked up to him for help he helped I look around and wanted something else I asked another person and they called on him Im upset I cant recall his name he knew absolutely everything even if he didnt he knew how to get you what you need with a shy but very helpful aura
