        Bad experience, very rude. Waited an extra 10 minutes past when the sign on the front door said they'd be back. When coming back the store associate held the door for 3 guys that went in front of me (I was waiting on the sidewalk) and then didn't hold the door for me who was with a 1 year old, stroller and large box. The associate was very rude, wouldn't listen or answer any of my questions and then proceeded to ignore me and walk away. This while having 4 people, who I assume were friends of the associate, stare at me awkwardly which made me uncomfortable (it's a very small store). This was for a UPS drop-off that this store was listed as being able to handle. I highly doubt most of the reviews for this place are legit. My experience 100% matches the poor reviews left on here. I do not recommend this store. I ended up going to the UPS Store around the corner on Flatbush where they were courteous and quick to assist.
