        STAW AWAY!!!! They stole my money!!! Complete THEFT & FRAUD!!! The manager Melissa was rude, dismissive, unprofessional and they don't care to help people. I was a loyal customer for 3 plus years paying nearly $60 a month for a 5x5 storage. I decided to change names from my husband to mine to downgrade payments, after 20 minutes of creating a new account, we decided to throw away majority of the items in storage and take the rest home. We asked to cancel the new account and the manager said NO!! Too Late!!! After 3 plus years of being a loyal customer, this is the thank you that I get!!! I have yet to get my money back and it's been 3 weeks!! STAY AWAY!!! Save your money!!!
