        Love love love how kind patience and helpful the team in this facility has been! William, Carlos & Justine have been more than helpful with my storage room reservation and booking. Ive never rented one before, so this was very confusing to me but they have saved the day for me and now I feel more at peace! Thank you team metro self storage on Knapp street, Brooklyn NY!         The professionalism from the property Manager Williams exceeded my expectations. Well mannered, easy to talk to, patient and kind. Property is very clean and well kept. I would recommend Metro Storage to anyone who's looking for a stress free and secure place for their stuff. Metro Storage is the way to go.
