I needed to replace my audio intercom and my friend referred me to Safeco. Their technicians installed a video intercom. They all were very professional and did the job neatly and precisely. I lost jewelry at a friend's house, and after four days of searching, I'd hit rock bottom: renting a metal detector. The staff at SafeCo was so helpful, professional, and even gave an extended tutorial for the metal detector so I knew all the settings before I left. We ultimately found the jewelry (not because of the metal detector), and I think SafeCo's positive attitude and responsiveness when coordinating pickup/drop off was excellent. Thank you, SafeCo!
