Love my new security alarm system. I get live updates and control the settings through an app. I even got night vision cameras setup all around my property. I do suggest getting cameras installed with all the break-ins going on.

Momentum train the technician very well! Super responsive, very professional and extremely helpful. Over our year with Momentum, they have been very consistent and patient with us in their support. The system they set up is very easy to use, with mobile access, and can be customized/updated as needs change. After a break in to our garage (which we did not seek to secure originally, not a failure in their systems), Leo was able to squeeze us in the very next day and make updates to our existing security system to close the gaps. Leo is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer our many questions. Definitely would recommend!

The service call went down great and my security system is back online. Glad they were able to come out as fast as what they did. The service call alone was worth everything penny.

Very impressed by Momentum Security Systems. We just purchased a commercial property in Brooklyn and were looking for a good local company to install our first alarm system as well as IP security cameras. Glen came over the day we called him for a consult. Everything was fairly straight forward. Glen is also the one leaded the team that came out to do the install 2 days later (Glen volunteered to come the next night, as promised, even though he did not feel well but we told him not to worry - that's dedication)! Being security system newbies, he was kind enough to walk us through how to use the system, which options were worth investing in, how the alarm permit works, etc. And of course how to operate and get the max from the security cameras. We love the system. The ability to control everything from the app is fantastic. I priced quite a few competitors in Brooklyn before going with Momentum Security Systems and they are fair and comparable. I feel good about giving my business to these local guys rather than one of the big horrible giants that do care at first and disappear after. Bottom line is Momentum Security Systems offer great customer service. I'd highly recommend.
