Appalling. I placed an order through Uber East, due to an emergency I had, I had to cancel the order, the order was only $44.00 and they charged me $50 without me receiving the order. This is unfair, that is abuse. Appalling. Terrible

Dont ever order from this place they sent me crabs that were dirty had stuff growing out of it smell horrible wasted 87.00 on this garbage call and ask to speak with a manger the lady was so rude told me she dont know when the manger is going in I would have to call Uber for my refund told her I will bring that food back right now Because that dont make so since she goes to say maybe it was because yesterday they was busy it was probably just sitting just giving all type of poor excuses instead of giving me my money back for that horrible looking smelly food

DISCLAIMER: This was my order via UberEats on Valentine Day. This was also my first time ordering and experiencing this establishment. Per the advertisement on Uber I would be getting 1/2 lbs snow crab legs, 1 lbs shrimp (head off), corn and potatoes. I would say the legs were about 1/2 lbs but they were stingy with the shrimp and other items. Thus the price compared to quantity/quality fell short in my book. I know you shouldnt compare stores they might need to take some ques from other stores in this industry. The sauce was good! Updated to included order# C68AA per establishment request.
