We contacted Big Apple after experiencing leaks in our roof. Freddy came by and assessed the issue. His team provided a full replacement at a great price compared to other quotes we received. He was prompt to follow up with us to fix a few lingering issues. Made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Would definitely use them and again and recommend them to our neighbors. Great job!

Big Apple has been my go-to contractor for all things roof related for the past few years and I have had nothing but the best experience. They are not only quick & efficient with their work, but most importantly, they are effective. Each time I have had them come out for a patch or replacement due to leaks, these issues are resolved almost immediately after work is complete. They take care of the site they are at and take time with their prep of the space and clean up after the job is complete.

I had been experiencing a leak in my parents home the past few months and had multiple contractors claiming to fix it. Over the course the of the few months, contractors were flashing around my skylight area but the problem was never fixed. I called Big Apple Renovators and Freddy came out to do the estimate. He gave me a full report on the condition of my roof and was very professional and communicative in explaining my options. We ended up doing a full roof replacement and I couldnt have been happier. The results came out great and havent experienced any leaks through the last few rain storms. Id highly recommend Big Apple Renovators for any roof repairs needed in the Brooklyn and Queens area.

Great service. We had a leak on our flat roof and this company was recommended to me. I called and they had someone come the next day with an estimate. Freddy was down to earth and very transparent on pricing and gave a detailed of my roof and structure. Started and finished very quickly. Highly recommend!
