T.J. Roofing coated and sealed my flat roof including a skylight. They also caulked all (8) front windows and sealed the entire front brick wall. The price is reasonable and the whole job took about 3.5 hours with a crew of four friendly workers.
My roof was coated about 5 years ago and has no leak. The T.J. Roofing coating also warranty for 5 years, which I hope it will last for the next 5 years. They explained in details before the job and afterwards, including all the materials and methods on performing the job. Due to the height of the roof, I was not able to get up to the roof to see their work. Mr. Thomas, he did the roof, took many before and after photos to show their works; the skylight is properly caulked, the gutter is cleaned and the flat roof is coated. Big difference on the before and after photos. While they caulk and seal the front wall, they don't mind I take pictures and videos. These photos come in handy in showing the neighbors on their works. The whole crew did a beautiful, no messy job, we are happy with the outcome. I shall hire them again if I need repair works.
